As such, I intend to refrain from the following drugs:
psychedelics social media phone in the day’s first and last hour inner narration defensive self people-pleasing talking about myself in the third person self-pity external validation listening to music as background alchohol sex sweets
I intend to be compassionate towards myself during the journey - I know there is always a difference between desired intention and pragmatic reality.
